What we have here is not yet a plan. It's a proposal. Plan with details would follow.
Canvassers should have official identification from CCFBV, and we should, of course, check
with police before starting any canvass, register with them, etc. .

Isn't there some kind of a "No Soliciting" rule in Bella Vista.
Haven't I seen signs to that effect somewhere? Would that have any bearing on this
