Marilyn,
I was notified on Nov. 24 that it was received, and it should have been back by now. When
I put in the numbers I can not find anything where it says pending results, but it shows
some 12 marker result, but nothing beyond that. Not sure if it is right or not. It does
not show any Callisons, and says the probable group is R1b1b2. That is what my Barretts
are from Ireland. What are the Callisons. I am kind of stymied.

Good morning all, I did some work in Rhea Co TN yesterday -- very interesting.
I'll send the notes later. Anyway, I can confirm -- as some of you already
knew-- that there was a James, a Robert AND a JOHN Callison in Rhea county --
presumed to be sons of James and Ann Gillespie Callison. What happened to
John??? Anyway, the elder James apparently acquired some land and then lost it
via sherrif's auction. However, he sold the same land in 3 parcels even
though the title was not clear, and then he disappears from that county. This
was all in the 1820's. This is how it looks in the land records but the
actual story may have been quite different. I tried to check Blount Co and
Lauderdale Co, AL records but there are no microfilms for them. I may see what
Knox Co. TN has for early records. So at this point I have exhausted the known
migratory paths for our early Callison family and some possibilites for where
they might have been
Orange Co., VA
Albemarle Co., VA
Augusta Co., VA
Greenbrier Co, VA
Bath Co., VA
Kanawha Co., VA
Mason Co., KY
Lincoln Co., KY
Garrard Co., KY
Adair Co., KY
Have not done Todd Co., KY where Robert, son of James and Isabel went
Grainger Co., TN
Rhea Co., TN
Washington Co., OH
Gallia Co., OH
Pike Co., OH
Clark Co., OH
and no records for
Morgan Co., MO
Blount Co., AL
Lauderdale Co., AL
I have one day left on USA research so if anyone can think of someplace that I
missed, let me know. Looking from 1780 - 1830 or so in particular. Take care.

PS Joyce, if you go to
familytreedna.com and put in the password and kit
number. Then check pending results -- it gives you an approximate date for
results. I'll be checking my emails.
