Hi all, Marian sent the following info that I see that Pat has transcribed
for posterity. Thanks to both of you.

left on E approx. 2.1 miles to Shadybrook Drive (gravel road next
to Versailles Rural Fire Station) and go about .4 mile. Cemetery
is in field behind the Church of God in Christ Mennonite Church.
There is only one tall stone with information listed on all four

This SHOULD be William Callison and Marian/Mary Ann Chapman. I am not sure
about his age at death because they were married in 1804 Greenbrier Co., Va
and according to this he would have been 15 and she would have been 17 which
looks OK for her.
In 1810 Casey Co., KY, William Kelloson had 3 males under age 10 and 2 age
18-26 (1784-1792) and a female age 18-26 (1784-1792)
1820 census Crab Orchard, Lincoln Co., KY
William Cellison 3 males under age 10 -- 2 males age 10-16 (remember married
1804), male age 26-45 (1775-1794) and one female age 26-45 (1775-1794) but
the common age group for 1810 and 1820 fits for birth between 1784 and 1792 --
I would guess 1784 for William and married at age 20
Richard and James Chapman were living near by but I don't know their
relationship, if any. Looks like William and Marian/Mary Ann had at least 5 sons and
possibly 6 and all of these children would have been born in KY
So Pat or any other descendants from this line -- where is the family in
1830. I looked for Richard Chapman but he was not listed in Ky -- thought I
might find William but that did not work out.
By 1840 the only Callisons in Morgan Co were William and Absolom both age
20-30 (1810-1820) living next to each other. NO CLUE who the other males were
listed in 1820. Guess they moved on elsewhere. Anyway, William had a female age
60-70 in the household (1770-1780). Should be Marian/Mary Ann with possibly
the wrong age checked. Absolom had one female under age 5 ( in addition to a
wife) and William had a male and female under age 5 ( in addition to a wife).
Since the 1840 census does not give place of birth, we need to go to 1850 to
see if we can find any living males born 1804-1820 in KY.
So I need to identify these people with lots of help from all of you
John Caleson, born 1806 KY, Adair Co., MO. Joseph, son of William the elder
line
Gilmore Callison, born 1808 KY -- Hancock, IL. Joseph, Son of William the
elder line
Josiah Callison born 1811 KY -- Hancock Co., IL Joseph, son of William the
elder line
Robert F. Callison born 1811 KY - St. Charles Co., MO, son of Absolom
William Callison born 1814 KY -- Morgan Co., MO -- son of William who
married Marian/Mary Ann
John Kallissen born 1804 KY -- Dewitt Co., IL -- son of Absolom
Absolem Kellison born 1818 KY -- Morgan Co., MO, son of William who married
Marian
Robert Killison born 1820 KY -- Oregon territory -- Joseph, son of William
the elder line
Alexander Callerson born 1819 Ky -- St. Charles Co., MO, son of Absolom
Benjamin Callerson born 1806 KY -- St. Charles Co. MO, son of Absolom
James Callerson born 1805 KY -- Fayette Co., TX
John Kellerson born 1803 KY -- Franklin Co., MO -- who went to this
county???
John G. Callison born 1810 KY -- Lafayette Co., MO -- son of Hiram
Nancy Callison born 1819 KY with 3 young children -- Garrard Co., KY living
in household of (looks like) Rollins. Children are Samantha 5, Jane 4 and
Margaret 1. ??? a widow/ who is this
Callisons in Callaway Co., MO descend from Robert, son of James and Isabell
So I am OK with all but the James in Texas, the John in Franklin Co., MO and
possibly the widow in Garrard Co., KY -- HELP. Their should be sons of
Robert, son of William the elder; Robert, son of James and Isabel; Joseph, son of
William the elder; William and Marian Chapman Callison, Absolom and Hiram
from KY.
Take care all, Marilyn
