Hi,
There's actually two Callison's (that's the spelling) in Chouteau Co. in
1920. The census missed Richard somehow.
I really enjoy your updates. It's nice reading all your info, even though
most of it doesn't pertain to my line. Thanks.
For anyone that's interested, my uncle, Tom Callison, died on April 6 at the
age of 86.
Susanne

Sorry, but I disagree with your statement that there were no Callisons in
MT
in 1920. There were at least 2 families--my great grandfather,
Benjamin,
and his brother, Richard.

Suzanne, I just copied info from
ancestry.com with those tidbits. I wonder
how they have the name spelled in their index. I know there were Callisons
in
KY in 1840 also but the info does not show that because the spelling
was
different on the census. One line from John W. Callison was in Montana
also in
1920. I have him listed as CALLISON on that census but might go back
and
recheck
it. Thanks for reminding us of your line in Montana. Take care.
Marilyn
