The only
library I have identified that has it is the Library of Congress.
If you live in the Washington DC area, or know someone who does, you can
access it for the day at the Library of Congress reading room on capitol
hill. You can request at the Jefferson or Adams Bldg General or Area Studies
Reading Rms. You have to read it in the reading room, but there are
photocopy facilities available
there.
Here is a link to their record entry

Your best chance might be to check the used and rare book dealers on line.
I just tried
both
www.bookfinder.com or
www.abebooks.com. Although neither of them had
the book right
now, you might just try those same sources every few months. If you cannot
locate a copy
to purchase and would be interested in just reading it, I do know that
there are several
libraries around the country that have the book. You can have your local
library do a
check on their computer. They should be able to find a library that has
the book and then
obtain it for you on an interlibrary loan. If you live in Indiana, I do
know that the
library at the University of Notre Dame has a copy.
Are you related to or researching the Callan family of the author Luke
Callan?
