Searching for the (O)Callaghans from Co. Fermanagh
Barbara,
Callahan's Mill is in County Claire. It was settled by Callahan's who
were relocated by the Cromwellians when they held power in England, and over
Ireland. The prominent Callahan's who held great influence in County Cork
were forced out of Cork and into Claire where they established Callahan's
Mill. I have a little more info on this, but don't have it with me at this
time.
