Good Luck to you too Pat. Who knows one of these days keeping up on these
sites - we may end up finding a break thru! These Callahans are hard folks
to research!

I cannot help you but can sympathize with you. I too am hitting a dead
end on my Callahans. My immigrants were John Callaghan and Sarah
McFadden who came to Pa. around 1870. Good luck in your search.

Subject: [CALLAHAN] Researching the Callahans of Ireland and Trenton, NJ
I am researching the family of Jefferson Callahan born April 13, 1884 in
reland and died July 1930 in Trenton, NJ; married to a Anna McGuire (born
851 died 1915); Jefferson's parents were: Owen Callahan and Mary Tobin.
Any and all information is appreciated - especially any insight into the
oots in Ireland as I am at a dead end.
Thanks so much.
