Thanks Joe. This is my first time that I have really reached out for help from the message
boards and I am impressed with how people are willing to help!

Subject: [CALLAHAN] Searching for various spellings
In another thread someone asked whether it was necessary to do separate
searches for all the various spellings of Callahan. In my experience (I
assume the question refers to on-line searches) the answer depends on the
site where the search is being done and whether the searcher allows for
"fuzzy" searching with Soundex or Metaphone where those are offered. What
works for me is to search on one spelling and see if others show up in the
results. If only the one requested is there it might be just because there
are no others found, but to be sure, search on another spelling and see if
you get the same or different results.
