Hi Barbara
My GG Grandmother was also a Julia Callaghan (nee Guinnea?), although her
husband was John Callaghan. They were born (about 1808 and 1806
respectively) and married in Cork about 1834. They had approximately 6
children in Cork between approx. 1835 and 1846, before moving to England
(Middlesex) and having at least one more child there.
I didn't think Julia was a common Irish name? I wonder if there is any link?
