this is my Alexander, but I do not have mor than you on him.....my info is
locked in my computer and I can not reach it at this time ( illiterate me!)
Pappa fell asleep and hit a key somewhere, and poof!! It is there, but I
can not access it..
They went to Columbian and Jefferson Co. those I remember because I was
born and raised there ; )
Would appreciate it if you would like to share any of this.

I have had to take a break with compiling this info due to my illness, but

Alexander Call was born 2 May 1822 in Pa. He married Sarah Ann
Hurrell, 19
March 1843 in Allegheny Co., Pa. and had one son, George Washington Isley
Call, born 20 Dec. 1843 in Allegheny Co., Pa. Alexander Call worked as a
nail cutter, and on the steam ships travelling to New Orleans, etc. He
went
to Calif in the gold rush, leaving his wife in Pa. When he returned
[not
striking gold] the familly move to somewhere in Ohio. About 1858 he took
his family and with two brothers, James, and William Hosea & wife,
Elizabeth
[Phillip] Call he went to Iowa and later settlied in Rawlins Co.,
Kansas
Would like ANY information about this family.
