Subject: [CALL] Ebenezer CALL
Looking for information on Ebenezer CALL, perhaps born ca. 1740 in
MA,
m. 15 Jan. 1766-67 in Leicester, Worcester Co., MA to Elizabeth
Sanderson.
He served in the Rev. War from VT, living in Hartland, Barnard,
Woodstock, and Pittsfield. In the 1791 VT census he is listed in
Woodstock with two males under 16, one male over 16, and three females.
In 1800 he seems to be in Washington Co., NY (index page 400) with one
male over 45 and two females over 45. In 1810, he still seems to be in
Washington Co., NY (index page 413) with one male over 45 and one female
over 45.
A pension application filed in 1853 perhaps by two nephews trying to get
a pension for Ira CALL, grandson of Ebenezer, states that Ebenezer died
in 1834 in Geneva, Ashtabula Co., OH. Other records say he died in 1820
in Perry, Geauga Co., OH.
Can anyone help with additional information on this family? Where did
he live in Washington County, NY for one question!
Thanks for reading this and any help you can give me,
Joann Nichols
