Yes, you can order the death certificates in MO. They started requiring
them after 1910. You can find the information by going to the MO Govt web
site and look for vital statistics. I think they cost $13.

I don't know what the laws are for Missouri but can you order death
certificates? There should be one for either of the people who died after
1920. I might be wrong but that's about the timeframe when vitals were
being file in the States Bureau of Vitals.
