Dottie or Tammy,
I have Call ancestors in Ohio but in Lawrence & Scioto County. Joseph Call
was from Virginia in about 1770 and then moved to NC where his son Charles
was born in about 1790. I found Charles in Lawrence County in 1820 then not
again until 1850 in Scioto County. There are a lot of Call's in southern
Ohio I have not been able to connect to my clan but I suspect they are since
they are in the same areas.
I haven't been actively doing Genealogy for about 8 months but your post
caught my eye. Hope this helps and I would be happy to send you a copy of my
Call file if you will contact me at sp1ke(a)tampabay.rr.com.

trying to trace my father's mother's family. They were from Jefferson
County Ohio and I can't seem to go any further back than the 1880's. Any
help would be appreciated. Thank you.
