I am NOT a relative. I posted this because of the name of the business he owned and
operated. His family was proud of him, but apparently the newspaper felt compelled to
explain in parenthesis.

Wayne Lamon Calhoun, 51, Lakeland and formerly of Punta Gorda, died Dec. 17, 2002.
He was born April 1, 1951, in Lakeland. He lived in Punta Gorda before moving to Lakeland
eight years ago. He was the owner and operator of Calhoun's Happy Hookers (fishing
business).
Survivors include daughter Jennifer of Radcliff, Ky.; a brother, Gerald E. of Lakeland;
sisters Gwen C. Dorman and Alice F. Reeves, both of Lakeland; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. today at Lakeland Funeral Home in Lakeland.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today in Oak Hill Burial Park.
