Hi!
Does anyone know if anyone with a papertrail to John C Calhoun (VP) has joined the Calhoun
DNA study?
I notice that the majority of Calhouns seem to be an interesting case of a Scottish
"E1b1b" family. There are a few other examples, but it would be nice to have a
famous example when explaining E1b1b to other genealogists! :)
My Lancasters are an English example, and I am the administrator of the Lancaster surname
project, and the Clan MacLea/Livingston Project.
For those who don't know what E1b1b is, it is a name for one of the major branches of
the family tree of all human male lines. See

Best Regards
Andrew Lancaster
