In the District Court for said county.
Maggie A. ELMORE, Plaintiff,
vs.
Andrew D. ELMORE, Defendant,
Said defendant Andrew D. ELMORE will take notice that he has been sued in the above-named
Count (sic) for upon an action to obtain a decree of divorce and must answer the petition
filed therein by said plaintiff on or before the 27th day of April, A. D. 1891, or said
petition will be taken as true and judgment for plaintiff in said action will be rendered
accordingly.

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of her intention
to make final proof in support of her claim and that said proof will be made before the
Probate Judge of Gove Co Kan at Gove City Kas. April 30 1891 viz:
Maggie A. ELMORE,
formerly Maggie A. CALHOUN, H. A. No. 10294, for the ne 1/4 sec 14 t 13 s r 29 w.
She names the following witnesses to prove her continuous residence upon and cultivation
of said land viz. John W. HOPKINS, John TWEEDLE, John F. TODD, of Gove City, Kas., John H.
FOSDICK, Buffalo Park Kansas.
