hope someone can use it.

"John CALDWELL has been identified as the son of Robert CALDWELL, who was
born around 1725 and was a minor when his father John CALDWELL of
Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Ireland, died in 1639. "
"the parents of Jennet, Or Jane, CALDWELL have not been determined but she
may have been a relative of William PIPER (Jr.), planter, of Stepney
Parish, Somerset County, whose will was dated 13 February 1733/4 and proved
on 4 June 1734, listing four minor children, Joseph, John, Sarah and Anna,
as heirs. PIPER instructed that they be brought up in the Church of
England. He appointed his cousin James DASHIELL as executor, and named his
brother Christopher PIPER, his cousins Huett NUTTER and George DASHIELL,
and John CALDWELL, Sr as overseers. The will was witnessed by Huett
NUTTER, Henry ACWORTH and James DUNKEN." (MARYLAND CALENDAR OF WILLS, Jane
BALDWIN, Baltimore, 1925...)"
"John CALDWELL, Sr, as he was known then, was the son of John and Jennet
CALDWELL. He may have been just a friend of William PIPER, Jr, but, since
he was included among relatives in the administration of PIPER'S will,
perhaps he was related through his mother Jennet CALDWELL.."
Note: There are a few more notes on the above. I will lay this aside, but
if anyone makes a connection to this line and wants more, please let me
know.
