I have posted this Caldwell chronicle before and it did not receive any
responses. Which leads me to blieve that there is not much ibterest in th=
e
history of the Caldwells in areas other then the south and mid atlantic
areas. However in the interest of furthering the saga of the Caldwells a=
nd
hoping that someone might be able to connect with some of the Caldwells li=
sted
here, I once again will post this information
The information in this posting comes from papers found in Ruth Caldwell
Urie's possesion at the time of her death. It is my hope that branches of =
the
Caldwells from all over the country may be able to help fill in the blank
spots, of which there are many. There seems to be much knowledge about
Caldwells in all areas of the country, but New England. As you will see =
from
the following history the Caldwells of New England had many children, who
could have spread out over the length and breadth of this country. I, als=
o
hope that the information in this posting will add to the knowledge of the
Caldewells and be helful to many.
