Looking for family of MARGARET CALDWELL WALLACE. she and her husband
JAMES
WALLACE left IRELAND abt 29 May 1791. They were aboard a ship in an Irish
harbor when their son Andrew was born 29 May 1791. The captain of the ship
died during a severe thunder storm. His name was ANDREW HAMPTON and they
named their son aften him. The ship took them to CHARLESTON, SC & from
there they went to YORK, SC.

Will appreciate any help on finding Margaret's family.
