If there's enough interest I'll add a free web page builder to
CaldwellGenealogy.com. I had one on there several years ago, but it didn't
get enough interest to continue to support it. Software has improved since
those days, so I would suspect that the newer gear will be more
user-friendly and less work for me to maintain.
Since my motives are different than those of commercial sites there won't be
any worry of me selling out. On the down side,
CaldwellGenealogy.com is a
Caldwell-specific site, so people would have to go to other sites for other
lines....
The current Discussion Forum at
CaldwellGenealogy.com is set up a bit
differently than the one here, and currently it links back to the forum as
this one has recently been changed to do. It also doesn't have the ability
to mail to it, so again, if there's interest, I'll set up a "query
board"
for this kind of activity.
In the end it's all up to what you all want and want to do.
