In looking at the 1870 Ohio Census your GGGGrandmother's first name
might be Margaret. It appears they abbreviated her first name Marg't
Caldwell. Do you have any variations of the names of her first two
children? Census shows Valerie and Melissa. Do you know if she had any
children between these two girls?

Hello fellow Caldwell's! I am trying to track down my GGGGrandfather. I
was able go back to my GGGGrandmother through a 1870 Ohio Cenus for
Hamilton County Ohio and the town of Union or Butler, Ohio. My
GGGGrandmother is Mary T Caldwell born in Ohio 1831 but per the 1870
cenus records it listed Mary and my GGGrandfather Roscoe Caldwell but no
father record. Anyone can shed some additional light on Mary T Caldwell
born 1831 in Ohio would be greatly appreciated! Thanks John Kent
Caldwell
