I'm trying to track down information on a Chester L. Hill m. Helen E. Kissenge. They
had: Nathaniel Caldwell Hill; Elizabeth R.; Mary H.; Sarah "Sally" L.; Chester
Lawrence Hill; and twins, Jane and Warren Caldwell Hill.
Chester apprears in the 1900 Salem, Essex MA census b. Apr 1882 MA - druggist clerk -
living with his mother, Anna M. Hill, b. Nov 1853 MA, a widow - had two children and both
living.
Anna M. Hill shows up in the 1920 Salem census living on Harris St..
By 1910 Chester was married and living in Lancaster Co. PA working in an Asbesto Mill
(became one of the partners). By 1930 census Helen, his wife, was a widow living with
their two twins, Warren Caldwell and Jane Hill.
Since the "Caldwell" name was used extensively as a middle name in the family
I'm presuming it might have been the maiden name of either Chester's mother,
grandmother, etc. Any help greatly appreciated.
