I have a Margaret Caldwell, born in Washington County, PA, about 1790-1800
and married a Mr. Johnson. They then moved to St. Clairsville, Ohio and I
have found them in the census there. Could there be a connection? I have
not been able to trace Margaret's father, Robert Caldwell, 1750-1800, and I
would love to find family of theirs.

Does anyone know any more information about this JAMES CALDWELL? We
are
supposed to have a Caldwell from Ohio who was a Senator in our line. It's
the
correct time frame & right county. Anyone know his children?
Thanks.
