Subject: [CALDWELL-L] Ollie Otis Caldwell, b. 1900
I've been lurking now for some time trying to see if I could find
anything out regarding my husband's lineage. His father comes from a
family of 14 brothers and sisters, but I haven't found one yet who can
tell me more than their parents' names.
My husband's grandfather was an Ollie Otis Caldwell, born and raised
around Batesville, Arkansas. At some point he married Alma Mae Gaskill
and they had 14 kids, Alma dying very young. Through Social Security
records I have found that he was born in 1900, but I've dead ended. Has
anyone any clue as to siblings or parents of Ollie?
There have been mumblings of Tennessee or Kentucky, but no one is sure
what....Thanks!
