I am trying to find out if the Herbert and Flo Caldwell are the
family I am looking for in the SSDI. The info from SSDI is as follows:
HERBERT CALDWELL 26 Mar 1890 May 1967 44310 (Akron,
Summit, OH) (none specified) 284-34-2692 Ohio
FLO CALDWELL 23 Sep 1891 Oct 1975 45050
(Monroe, Butler, OH) (none specified) 273-62-8549 Ohio
If this is the correct family, Herberts father would be WELD Caldwell and
his mother MARY ? Caldwell. Weld was still in the 1930 Census in Ohio
with son Herbert. ( I thought I had the page saved but can't find it
right now to give more information)
This would be the only relative that I can find that lived long
enough to keep the CALDWELL line going. All the rest of the children of
my JAMES Caldwell died in their 30's except my Henry Caldwell.
If anyone has any information on these names OR has an ancestry
membership and can look them up for an obituary OR if anyone who is a
CALDWELL researcher in OHIO could find the obits in a local newspaper, I
would greatly appreciate it.

I've "rescued" an old photograph of Howard CALDWELL which was taken at the
Krauss & Ebersole Studio in Lima, Ohio. The photograph appears to have been
taken in the 1880's with Howard about 1 year old at the time. I am hoping
to locate someone from Howard's family so that this wonderful old photograph
can be returned to its rightful place, with family. If you are a member of
this family, or you know someone who might be, please contact me.
Thanks,
Shelley
