There is no real one book with that information sorry most of it was by hard digging on my
own. The Part on the Calder Clan was from a James Clanin and that is on the we so is Doug
shorts information. Electric Scotland was another site I went to. Albert Taylors book is
fair but has holes that are large but gives a fair story about the family. Family names
can be gotten from family search better then anywhere else. Photos of the castle can be
found on the web or if you get a chance look my e-mail address on the other Calderwood
family site and I will send them to you, there is about twenty dating back to 1890. Also
the royal musim of scotland was going to digitlize all they had which is in the hundreds.
As for any books to be found look up David Dobson he has done a great job of listing the
migration Pj
