I purchased, long ago, a CD of Volumes 1-4 from the Ontario Genealogical Society
(
www.ogs.on.ca) and it has the following on page 35:
983 CALDER, John. From ABD, To Nichol Twp. Wellington Co. ONT, 1835. ch: 1. Eliza; 2.
Barbara; 3. Kirstie; 4. Alexander; 5. John; 6. Mary; 7. Margaret; 8. Isabella; 9. William;
10. Jemima; 11. Georgina. EHE 91.
I'm sorry I don't know what the "EHE 91" stands for and I could not find
it listed in the abbreviations section of the CD.
Hope I have helped you at least a little bit. GEORGE A. CALDER, Westland, Michigan

Looking for someone in the Genealogy Community that may have a copy of the following
book: "Dictionary of Scottish Emigrants to Canada Before Confederation: Volume 1
by Donald Whyte". Specifically interested in Page 35, John Calder I've never
seen this book so I'm not sure even what information is available, Ancestry has a
record but no information. If it is the right John Calder I'd buy the book. Just
looking to know what information might be available. Any assistance would be greatly
appriecated
