Lynda, I went back through my notes, and found the census note. It was from Falls of
Blaine, Lawrence, Kentucky. It is the first entry on page 7. I found it with
ancestry.com. Most libraries have a subscription patrons can use for free.
I also looked for the other 2 children of Harmon and Fannie, since the 1910 census
indicated 2 had died, but to no avail.
Do you have anything of certainty regarding parentage of Job? I found an immigration
record in 1782, He would have been 12 or so, arriving in Virginia. I know tradition says
he was born in Virginia, but, maybe not, if there's no evidence to prove that. But I
doubt it will pan out, as the ship was primarily for convicts from England, but I thought
I should rule it out anyhow. It's in a book in Denver, so some researchers should get
back to me in a couple weeks or so with more details.
I'm not a descendent, but my good friend comes through William Henry's line. I am
working on becoming a professional genealogist, and need some more hours, so I offered to
take on her history as a project.
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly!!! Shyloh
