Subject: [CAIN] Charles Edward & Katie BLALOCK of Durham ca 1918
I am having trouble tracking down a family. I have found a WW1 draft
registration
Charles Edward Blalock, 1014 Burch Ave, Durham, NC born 22 DEC 1874.
occupation unclear "Sheet r?ck ???" for "Durham Traction? Co."
wife Mrs. Katie Blalock.
Not sure if address was residential or the address of the employer.
Cumberland county marriage record is of a son of the above:
John Arthur BLALOCK m. 21 Dec 1925, Cumberland county, to Mary Elmira
CAIN.
John Arthur BLALOCK parents given as C. E. & Katie BLALOCK of East Durham.
Bride parents were Thomas Wiley CAIN & Martha Jane HAIR of Cedar Creek.
------------
any help finding Charles Edward & Katie Blalock family would be greatly
appreciated.
Also, clarification of the address and employer listed in the WW1 draft
reg.
would be helpful. Thanks.
Regards,
Al Rose
