Hello Cagle Researchers,
I found a newspaper clipping that I thought someone may be interested in
regarding
a Charles Cagle that was burned. Anyway, this is it:
Meridian, Miss. June 10, (not sure of year) will look up again, if anyone
is
interested. W. A. May of Birmingham, Ala., a brakeman for the Alabama
Great Southern railroad, died here today at a hospital where he was under
treatment for burns he suffered when a tank of gasoline became ignited
accidentally in the railroad yards at York, Ala.
Charles Cagle, a flagman, also of Birmingham, was brought here from
York
for treatment of burns received in the accident.
The condition of Cagle was undetermined.
