I’m from a long line of Missouri Cagles and he does not belong to my line (back to 1820.)
My Cagles don’t get out of the Missouri Bootheel until a quick jaunt to Fannin County,
Texas somewhere between 1880-1900 and a return by 1900 to the Bootheel again. Henry County
is Central Western portion of MO - close to Kansas border.

Dear list members,
As most of you do i use many resources to find data on ancestors.
The state of Missouri through the State Archives, has a database of prisoner population.
So i searched some family surnames and found one for a Print Cagle?
Having looked at the actual microfilm copy of the index book it did indeed say, Print
Cagle.
The hand written records where done with very good penmanship.

So my question of course is who was this Cagle, as well as his family?
