There was a fire that destroyed the 1890 census. Some fragments were saved,
but basically the whole was gone.......some states actually did censuses on
the "5", but I don't think any of those are on-line.

Sorry for the duplicates, back button BAD. I said that I has every Census
and that is not true. I cannot locate the 1890 Census which would cover
critical children in the household. Perhaps they moved for a time and
returned.0
