Hi Nancy Jane and List,
can you help shed some light on your posting from a few days ago? Adam Cagle
1803-1888!!
This is the first census where my cousin and I have read about a Pleas Cagle.
As you probably know from earlier postings, we are desperate for any info.
I am not a shark on reading Census', sorry all it does to me is confuse me.
Our grandfather was Pleas or Pleasant Chapman Cagle, born 1880 in Tunnel
Hill. We know now without a doubt that his fathers name was the same. We also
have a Sophia as a sister listed. Pleas C. Cagle Senior was married to Mary
Ann Wallace, who is the mother of Pleas C. Cagle Jr.
Does any of this fit into this census you've posted?
If you (I know you are smarter than me with Census') can shed a little light,
we will forever be gratefull to you.
Sandra
