Virginia,
I can help you My GG-grandmother was Tabitha's Ann (Nancy) Cagle. I have
visited their Grave site. In fact I played there as a boy. I am descended from her
youngest child Rozzella Caroline (Carrie) who married William Andrew Hendrix. She had
eight brothers and sisters. Another cousin who descended from The second child Eliza
has printed out extensive data on most of the children. It is twenty four pages long,
small print. She may be willing to send you a copy, or I can do look ups from the
material she sent.
. Her name is Marjorie Lou McCaughy Dudley 1717 Sam Drive, Birmingham A.. 35235
205-856-0811.
Where do you live? Many of Tabitha and Rueben's descendants live in the Birmingham
area. I was born there but moved to Florida when I was around twelve. We are
discussing, Another cousin Janet Arant and I are discussing a possible reunion of the
Hills and Hendrix in or around Birmingham. Interested? What line of their children did
you come through?? Have you read my post on Hemochromotosis a fatal inherited blood
disease carried in the Hill and Cagles? Family call me R.L, friends call me Bob my
students and casual acquaintances call me Dr. Bob! Call me what ever you like,
however, when you cooking something good call me in time for dinner. Your cousin what
ever.

Seeking information on my ggg-grandmother, Tabithia Ann (Nancy)
CAGLE. She was
born 1820. Tabithia Ann (Nancy) CAGLE married Reuben Tucker HILL. She may have
been born in South Carolina, this according to census records. Tabitha (Nancy)
and her husband, Reuben, were on the 1860 census in Gordon County GA. By 1870
they were in Jefferson County AL where she remained until her death in 1885. Also,
on this census the information is that Tabitha's (Nancy) parents were born in
South Carolina.
I have some info on her descendants but none on her siblings or parents. Any help
on Tabithia Ann (Nancy) CAGLE's family would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Virginia
