Hi Earl,
Thanks for the information on the census. In addition to what you said, I
believe that Charles and Sarah in the 1900 census are Charles Cagle and
Sarah Blackwell, son of Thomas Cagle and Rachel Chessor. As for Alonzo, I
looked all through IL and couldn't find him, however, I did find a Melvina,
a name that is also in Perry Co., although it says she was b. in TN.
As for your Charles Jacob are the people in his household his children. I
think I need a list of all of his children. I have Thomas, Susan,
Elizabeth, Wiley, Ferabe and Miles.
Finally, I posted a photo of the Cagle Cemetery in Hickman Co, on the
Cemetery page. It was taken on a nice spring day. The man standing there
is a descendent of Samuel and Ferabe.
Have a Nice Day!
Tom

Hi List,
I have included below the Cagle's listed in the census in Perry Co, TN.
Some of the Cagle's listed are from Hickman Co TN and are from my line,
but I am interested if anyone has information on the Alonzo Cagle shown
as being from IL. I am wondering if the Cagle lines in IL and
Perry/Hickman CO, TN are closely related. My line from Leonhart's son
Leonard came to TN via NC and GA and I am curious if there may have been
a relationship that brought at least Alonzo Cagle to TN from IL.
Thanks!

Tom & List,
The Charles Cagle & family from the 1870 Perry Co;
Tn; census are my family.
The William T.Cagle, Mattie & Arthur in the 1910
census, are my family also. They were my g-uncle &
aunt, he the son of my g-grandfather, Thomas William Cagle.
As to the other Cagle's listed in Perry Co; I am not
sure. Alonzo Cagle, is someone I don't have anything on.
There were a large group of Cagle's, that were in
the 1870 Williamson Co; IL census.
He may connect to one of these families, but as to
which one I don't know.
