=============================
I just visited the Sardis Baptist Church in Canton, in Cherokee County,
GA. I took pictures of the grave markers of the following:
Jacob Cagle - the dates had rubbed off, but you can see the CSA letters
John Cagle b. 1810; d. 1872
Frances Mickens ("Fanny") Cagle b. 1806; d. 1884
Levi Cline and Martha ("Patsy") Cagle Cline, b. 1835, d. 1932
In Keith Cemetery, I took a picture of the marker for Peter Cagle and
Rachel Boling Cagle. This is a marker placed after internment "by
relatives", so it is not contemporary with the burial. No dates included
on marker.
If anyone who is directly related to these folks would like a picture of
the gravestones/marker, I would be glad to send you a digital picture.
Regards,
Jennifer
