Dear Cagle List members,
I wanted to be clear that you do not have to worry about someone administrating the list.
I will continue to do so if no one steps forward to volunteer. Thank you all for your kind
words, but I'm just trying to preserve something that has been such a valuable
resource for so many of us. That said, since we have had to turn to emergency moderation
to protect our members from so many viruses and malware that spammers have tried to send
through our list, I am concerned that should anything happen to me there would be a
significant delay in communicating messages to the list.
This brings me to my next proposal since no one else has stepped forward, could I get two
volunteers to be assistant administrators? You wouldn't have to do
anything in particular except be a second way of accessing the list should anything
happen to me. It took me quite some time with rootsweb to get everything set up after the
list decided they needed an administrator and I would hate for the same delay to happen
since we are now in options that require approval for messages to be sent. Please advise
if you would like to help me on this level and I'll take the necessary steps. Thank
you for being such great Cagles! :) Have a great weekend!
