Steve,
I just answered this in a message today but, in case you did not get it,
here is how to reach them.
John G. Cagle has no electronic mail so, you will need to correspond with
him directly. He is slow to
reply because he gets mounds of mail daily but, he will get back with
you.
P.O. Box 55342
Little Rock, AR 72215
Jimmy B Cagle can be contacted electronically at JBCagle(a)aol.com
I will send him a copy of this inquiry so, he will be aware of your
interest. I really don't know
their prices, in John's case, I bought 5 or 6 different books and in
Jimmys case, I bought one by
mail and the other in person and I don't recall what I paid in either
case; however one was less
than the other because of shipping and handling.
For those of you who are interested in these books, you should get your
orders in right away. I am not
pushing them for sale; however, I can tell you that publishers and
printers won't print (normally) less
than 100 copies. I can tell you if I were a writer and distributor of my
own book, I would be hard
pressed to order a reprint if I didn't have the cash in hand for the 100
books. You could very easily end
up with a load of books whose only value to you as a writer would be as a
door stop. These types of
books usually sell fast and then the market is saturated except for the
occasional query.
