Bill & List,
Thank you so much for this important data. I am still researching but I
beleive Perry, was a g-g-Uncle. I am looking for the father of
John T. Gunter, who was married to Susannah Jane Cagle. His father is
suposed to be a Willam Gunter. I found an 1850 census record of
Mississippi Co; Mo. In this census was William at 25, his wife who's
name wasn't given age 22, a son with no name listed age 3, and a Perry
Gunter, age 15. John T. Gunter, was born in Misouri (unknown county) in
1851. So I have thought that this may have been his family.
Thanks,
Earl
