I am passing along this correspondence re the Library in Old

Have any of you been there? Is David Cady familiar to you?
My mother's maiden name was Cady and my cousin Roger Cady of Carshalton,
Surrey, UK, is researching family history. Our joint grandparents came to
London from Suffolk, England, in 1900. Roger has so far traced the family
back to George Cady of Walpole, Suffolk, 1840-95. In my travels in the US
over the years I have frequently found the name Cady in telephone books and
hypothesise that quite a few of the family must have left England, perhaps
Suffolk, in earlier times. Roger, his wife and their three sons are the
only ones bearing the name Cady now known to me (and to him) - he has no
siblings and our other Cady (girl) cousins married and changed their names.
