Have you checked Jim Cady's books "Cady Genealogy: Revised and Updated",
1991 and his "Supplement to Cady Genealogy" published in 1995. There are a
number of Browns listed in both books.

I have been searching for a connection to Elizabeth Cady Stanton in
relationship to a "Brown." This is the first lead I have found. Our family
is Irish and the Browns are from Northern Ireland. My great grandmother,
grandmother, mother and I all had (65 now) very curly black hair. My
grandmother told us that we all got our curly hair from the Cadys, she
called them the Curly Cadys, and that we were related to Elizabeth Cady
Stanton. My gg grandfather had a brother John who named his daughter Lilah
Cady Brown. That's all I've been able to verify. If I had the dates of
Hannah Brown, it would be of great help to follow this link! Does anyone
have it? Any links to the Browns would be appreciated. Sent by Sue
Alexander (wife of William).
