Greetings to one and all...
I'm not a Cady, nor am I aware of having anyone bearing the name on any of my trees.
However, several years ago I somehow came into the possession of a Cady family bible. I
believe it was in a box of books that I had purchased at a second-hand place and this
happened to be somewhere in it.
This is a bible originally presented to Evy Ambrose Lockwood in 1926. He was a son of
Henry and Emogene Cady Lockwood. This appears to be in the Butler, New York area.
Considering I'm near Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, this little book seems to have done some
traveling!
If anyone would like more information on this, please contact me off-list at
mnstrobel(a)gmail.com. There is quite a bit of information on here regarding the Cady
family.
Thanks!
