As I recall, Jim numbered his pages in a different sort of way: The first
son of Nicholas starts at page 1000 and runs sequentially until there is no
more information on that line. The second son starts at 2000, the third son
at page number 3000, and so on.
It has been a while since I've actually seen my notes (moving; things packed
in boxes), but that is how I remember it. It took me a little bit to get
used to Jim's method of layout, but once I got the hang of it, it made sense.
It is just different from the way others have done it.
Jim's address is no longer JCady4100(a)aol.com. This address became too widely
broadcast and he was getting too much spam. I have recently asked him about
the availability of his books and the prices, plus the status of his third
volume in the works. Just now, Jim is suffering from life getting in the way
of living. (as are not we all?!)
