Many CADWELL seekers interested in the Thomas CADWELL/Elizabeth STEBBINS
line, also the Captain Noah DICKINSON/Hannah SKINNER line, will probably be
interested in what follows:

Females: 1 age 10-15/1** age 15-20/1 age 40-50.
[*Unknown person, though it might have been the Daniel DARLING referred to in
the 1850 Census above.
**Likely the older sister of Ann(e) who was grouped with her in the 1830
Census as being under age 5 -- Ann(e) would have been a new born & her sister
not quite five when the census was taken in 1830.]
1830 U.S. CENSUS: York Town, Livingston Co NY, p51
Roderick CADWELL
Males: 1 age 30-40

Slaves: 1 male age 36-55.
[*Hannah Skinner DICKINSON -- Laura's mother -- died in Griegsville, York
Town, Livingston Co NY on 5 Sep 1830 at age 73. So she was living when this
census was taken and likely was the Female age 70-80 referred to.]
Please note all the above names listed in the 1850 & 1860 censuses fit into
the appropriate age brackets of the 1830 & 1840 censuses.
It's my contention Ann(e) E. CADWELL, daughter of Roderick & Laura CADWELL,
was the same Annie E. or Anna E. CADWELL who was the mother of Charles W.
NASH -- the auto industrialist -- having married David L NASH in DeKalb Co IL
sometime between 1860 - 1862.
I have information to share in this regard. Would like to hear from anyone
who can do the same regarding the Roderick CADWELL Census Trail and/or the
NASH/CADWELL connection.
