The Melbourne Morning Herald, December 15th, 1853
In the Supreme Court of the Colony of Victoria
-- Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction -- In the goods of
William Dunston Caddy, late of Collingwood,
near Melbourne in the Colony of Victoria, brickmaker,
deceased, intestate -- Notice is hereby given that after
the expiration of fourteen days from the date hereof,
application will be made to this honorable Court, that
letters of administration of the goods and chattels of the
above named William Dunston Caddy may be granted to
Henry Caddy, James Caddy, and Michael Caddy, brothers
of the said William Dunston Caddy.
Dated this fifteenth day of December, A.D. 1853
