Whoops, I gave you information on the daughter
of Mary Ann Hughes (1837 -1891) who married
Robert James Cadden (1833 - 1911). My chart
only shows Mary, Robert's sister as 1835.
The only other thing I can pass along is -
"The only record of Mary found was on the
Ship Passenger List when she immigrated to
the U.S. with her mother at 16 years of age."
I also have information regarding the ship,
etc.
E-mail me if you would like this information.

Phil, there is one branch of our Baltimore Caddens they can't trace --
Mary. She came over with her mother Margaret and siblings in Sept. 1851.
the father, Thomas Francis Cadden, came ahead of them. I just connected
with their family tree in Baltimore! I suspect Mary and Robert, the 2
oldest kids, married before the 1860 census. In that one are: the mother
Margaret; Maria, twins Ann & John, twins Thomas & Fanny, Margaret, then
the 2 who were born in Baltimore, Bridget and Patrick. Does this help?
