Agnes J. curtsinger, 99 died Friday, April 9, in the Tillman County
Memorial Hospital in Frederick.
Graveside services were held at 2:30 pm. Sunday, April 11 at Fairmount
Cemetery with Barry Hardin, pastor of Grandfield First Baptist Church
officiating.
Agnes Hanna was born in Britten, Texas to TOM H. and MARTHA CADDEL HANNA.
She came to Oklahoma as a young girl and lived in Hollis.
She was united in marriage to Dick Curtsinger on Aug. 7, 1937 in Hollis.
They made their home in Grandfield. She was a homemaker. She was a member
of the First Baptist Church and served as secretary/treasurer of th Truth
Seekers Sunday School Class.
She also belonged to the Rebekah Lodge for a number of years.
She was preceeded in death by her husband in 1949.
Survivors include: a step-daughter, Bertha McCullough of Grandfield, three
nieces, Reta Stone of Fredrick, Janna Barry of Wichita Falls, Tx. and
Claudene Bradley of Borger, Tx.: two nephews, Duane Laney of Chichasha and
Lloyd Whitlock of Clearmont, Fla.
(Fairmount Cemetery is located one mile west and one mile south of downtown
