No, the book is not on-line. I do have a copy of it. If you have any Cable
names, I will look it up. I was thinking of copying the index of the Cable
names.
Perhaps someday soon, I will, then send them to the list.
If you would like, I did scan a copy of the cable lines. I can send a copy
to you, and any one else who would like to see it. Of course, it takes a while
to receive
the picture of the 2 pages in your email, but I would be glad to send it.
