Still looking for any debate out there re Parantage of Henri Cavinis born
about 1700 .I think in order to get answers we need some life in this
list and some research as I for one have to be shown .Going to the source
,by going to the passengers of the Mary and Ann ,there are two men Issac
Chabanas and Henri Cabanis all we know about them is they may have been
related due to the similarity in the names ,perhaps brothers. we also know
Henri and Wife Marie were traveling with an infant ,sex unknown . Issac
was traveling with sons and Catherine Bomard How do we know that #1 That
it was not one of Issacs sons that married Jane Allen or #2 how do we know
that all those out there who feel they descend from Henri Cabanis are not
descended from Issac Chabanas instead ?Could not one of Issacs sons have
been named Henry is this so unresonable in light of the fact that Issac and
Henri could have been brothers ?How do we separate Henri's offsprings from
Issac's?
