I wondered the exact same thing ,It is interesting that Henri was a
clothier, reading a bit on the huguenots in Switzerland, at least in some
portions during the time when Henri was there .It seems that the protestant
Huguenots lived more in the cities ,the catholic in the rural area.The
protestant would send the fabric to the catholics who made the garments and
sent them back to be sold .I also had seen elsewhere ,where many huguonots
were weavers and textile workers so that makes sense to me that Henri was a
clothier. It is good to get the name of a town where Henri was .Wish I spoke
French I would love to reasearch him there. Pat
